AnFX Live Support: How it works
No special hardware or software is required and there is no registration process - it works by just typing your questions into the advanced Step Ahead Software live support chat applet. You will be assigned to a technical support representative who will repond to your questions in the same window.

It all happens on the live support page. To start: Just enter a name or nickname (surname is optional) on the live support page and press the Start button.
If you have a question about anything to do with Step Ahead Software or our products then go right ahead and type it in. Your questions will be read and then answered by a technical support representative qualified to answer any questions that you may have.
If you have any difficulties using this service please email the details of the difficulty or your question to anfxsupport@stepaheadsoftware.com. If AnFX live support indicates that no representative is available at this time then you can email any questions to this email address.
